Night Training

Welcome to Summer Night Time Training! This program will allow any player to stay sharp during the summer by offering workout sessions weekly in June. One of the many benefits to this program is the flexibility of training.

Parents can purchase sessions individually or in a package and use those sessions on any of the days that we offer the skill classes. Players do not have to use sessions consecutively. Also, pre warning on when your player will attend is not required. Once your player is registered, they can attend any of the Summer Night Training sessions offered for their grade level (RSVP is not required).

Please note to double-check schedules; any unused sessions are not refunded or credited into other programs.

Summer Night Training Overview

  • 3rd-9th Grade Boys & Girls (Groups are divided based on grade level, skill and gender)
  • 10:1 player to Coach Ratio
  • Starts June 3. Runs through July 18
  • No sessions week of July 4th
  • Each session is 90 minutes
  • Sessions will be divided into two 45-minute segments
    • Segment 1: Ball Handling, creating space, footwork, attack moves, finishing moves
    • Segment 2: Shooting, footwork, shots of the dribble, catch and shoot, form shooting, moving without the ball
  • Players need to bring their own basketball
  • After you have completed registration, there will be no communication from our staff until the Wednesday before the program starts!

1 session = $35
4 session package = $90
8 session package = $175
12 session package = $225
*10% off for 2nd sibling, 20% off for 3rd sibling (discount applied during checkout)
