Winter Training
The Basketball Season is HERE!
During the winter season we offer Winter Night Training for players to accelerate their skill and build strong fundamentals of their game, Winter RapidFire for high school and an introduction program for K-2nd players called First Step. We also offer PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION throughout the winter.

Winter NIGHT TRAINING
3RD-9TH BOYS & GIRLS
This program will allow any player to stay sharp and gain an advantage during the winter months by offering workout sessions weekly. One of the benefits of this program is the flexibility of training options.
WINTER RAPIDFIRE
7TH-12TH BOYS & GIRLS
Starting in November, the Academy program for our high school players changes from the basketball development curriculum held in Spring and Fall. The Winter RapidFire program accommodates high school practice and games. It is a great way to maintain and supplement skill sets.
Rapid Fire is a two-part program, Part I spans over November and December, and Part II spans over January and February. Each Part consists of 6 sessions. Players are split into groups based on grade and skill level. We do not offer any make-up sessions with this program.
FIRST STEP
K-2nd GRADE BOYS & GIRLS
First Step is a program designed to help young basketball players learn the fundamentals of basketball. The fundamentals of basketball are what anchors every players skill set. We will be laying a foundation for each player by teaching them the essentials of basketball: ball handling, footwork, shooting, and passing in a FUN environment. Learning these essentials will help make the game easier as players continue to get older!
Camps are week-long group training sessions, while clinics are single 3-hour events typically held on school holidays.
